Make Orange cake with few ingredients

*Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 cups wheat flour
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon baking powder
Zest of 1 orange
Pinch of salt

*Directions:

1. First, preheat the oven to 180°C and grease an English muffin tin. Now, using a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

 

2. Then in another bowl, mix the lightly beaten eggs with the orange zest, orange juice and oil until well combined.

 

3. Then pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until you have a homogeneous dough.

 

4. Finally, transfer the batter to the prepared pan and bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Finish by letting the cake cool in the tin before unmolding, and it’s ready.
